How do I withdraw from my wallet to my bank account?


You can access the money you receive on your Noropay  account after you must have login, from your dashboard choose withdraw, setup your withdrawal  setting and then withdraw you to your bank.

 You can then choose to:

  • Transfer it to your bank account.  
  • Keep it in your  e-wallet balance to send money to friends and family or to shop online.
  • To accept the money, you’ll need to open a Noropay account and confirm your email address.


How do I remit using "send money exchange rate" for International Money Transfer.

With Noropay Money Transfer, you can easily send money to your own or someone else's bank account, credit/debit card or mobile wallet. 

Money transferred are sent to directly to the recipient bank account and this  is different from sending within customers which uses email address. 

Remitting money to love ones  recipient bank account,  all information must be accurate to avoid delay or wrong deposit, which wrong deposit is at the senders risk and Noropay is not liable to the loss of wrong transaction.

How long does it take for the beneficiary to receive my transfer?


We will usually process your money transfer on the next business day upon receipt of your bank payment. Although your Money Transfer can remain with status ‘’Pending’’ for up to 5 days, we encourage you to send us the bank payment as soon as you instruct the transfer to avoid any delays.


Can I cancel my transfer?


Once executed you won`t be able to cancel the transfer yourself. If we do not receive your bank payment on time (within 5 days) your money transfer will be automatically cancelled. Any bank payments received with delay will be refunded to their original source. Once refunded, it may take 2-5 business days for the funds to reflect in your bank account.

How do I send money?


With Noropay, you can make a payment to someone's email address or via noropay send.

Here's how to pay using our website:

Go to Send and Request.

Enter the recipient's  noropay email address, or mobile number and click Next.

Enter the amount, choose the currency, add a note and click Continue.

If available, choose your payment type.

Choose how you want to pay and click Next.

Review the information and click Send Payment Now


How do I withdraw fund to bank account?



You can transfer the money you receive to your bank account or use it for future payments.

Is there a time frame for receiving my money?

Payments made from your Noropay wallet balance, by credit card or by direct bank transfer and  will be credited directly to your Noropay balance.

Is there a limit to the payments I receive?

You can receive up to EUR 2500 per year before you need to verify your account in which after verification the limit will increase thereafter.

Noropay  offer the sender of the money the option to share a link directly with the recipient. The recipient can then use it to access and collect the money.


How can I receive money between users?


When someone sends you a payment via noropay, we notify you via email or SMS in the case of payments sent to your mobile phone number.


If you already have a noropayl account and have confirmed your email address, we'll credit the payment to your noropay wallet balance. If you don't have a noropay account, you will need to open an account and then confirm your email address before you can receive payment.


Do I need to have money in my Noropay account to use Noropay? 


You don’t need to have money in your Noropay account to use Noropay. If you link a bank account to your Noropay account, you will have to deposit money  directly from your bank account to your Noropay e-wallet  to make a purchase or send money.


We’ll send you a receipt every time you make a payment from your Noropay account, The  easy way to track your spending  and transaction is from the dashboard .


How can I fund my Noropay Money Transfer with Manual Bank Transfer?

You can manually fund  Noropay wallet from your bank , from dashboard you'll see deposit  as a funding option under the deposit  menu. You can use it to fund your Noropay Money Transfer if your sending currency is Euro (EUR) , Dollar ($) or British Pound(£).


Do I need to verify my identity?


If you still haven`t, we might request you to verify your identity and or address. This is a regulatory requirement put in place for fraud prevention purposes.  You will be notified of the verification requirements, if any, after the payment confirmation screen. You will have 4 days to verify your account before the transfer is cancelled. If you have transferred funds already, but failed verification afterwards, we will refund your transfer.


How do I issue a refund in a dispute?


Create a  Case ticket        

Fill te form and include your reason and  state clearly message  and submit.

There are no fees to issue the refund, but the payment receiving fees aren’t returned.  

You can offer a partial or full refund. Issuing a full refund automatically closes a dispute. 

If a buyer accepts a partial refund offer, we close the dispute. If you offer a partial refund of less than the buyer requested, the buyer can accept or deny your offer.
